Electric Oven

- Oven function control knob: turn the knob to the corresponding symbol of the desired cooking function
- Oven thermostat knob: after selecting a cooking function, turn this knob to set the desired temperature
- Static cooking function
The oven thermostat and the lights come on and the lower and upper heating elements come into operation. The static cooking function emits heat, ensuring even cooking of food. This is ideal for baking pastries, cakes, baked pasta, lasagna and pizza. With this function we recommend preheating the oven for 10 minutes and it is best to use only one shelf at a time. - Lower heating function
The oven thermostat and the lights come on and the lower heating element comes into operation. The bottom heating function is ideal for reheating pizza as the heat rises from the bottom of the oven and warms the food. This function is more appropriate for reheating food rather than cooking it. - Top heating function
The oven thermostat and the lights come on and the top heating element comes into operation. The heat given off by the top heating element will cook the top of the food. This function is ideal for browning the top of cooked food and reheating food. - Grill function
The oven thermostat and the lights come on and the grill heating element comes into operation. This function is used for grilling and roasting food on the upper shelves of the oven. Lightly brush the grill with oil to prevent food from sticking and place the food in the center of the grill. Place always have a baking tray under the food to catch any drops of oil or fat. It is recommended to preheat the oven for approximately 10 minutes when using this function. When grilling, the oven door must be closed and the oven temperature must be set to 190° C. - Deep tray accessory
The deep tray is the best choice for cooking stews. Insert the baking tray into any guide and push it all the way in to ensure it is positioned correctly.
